Unfortunately, Catalina as an OS is till in beta, therefore we can only recommend to roll back to the latest released version of your OS. Beta programs are not supported. I have the same issue with Catalina I have tried everything incl. As I said in my previous post, Catalina is still in beta status, so if our normal trouble shooting steps do not work, please roll back to the latest released version.
